This website has a few features which I think makes it one of the best real estate sites in Ithaca. For starters, I update the site every week or every two weeks - adding or changing the status of all my current listings. You may even want to bookmark this site and re-visit on a regular basis!

When you are ready contact me for more information, I will try to respond as quickly as possible. However, the BEST way to reach me for a showing appointment, or for more information is to PHONE me...that way you will be given the HIGHEST PRIORITY in responding to your questions.

If I can't get answer your call immediately, please DO leave me a message as I will get back to you when I am available.

I do use email but am not always available that way - I try to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

During the peak season (March through June) I am the busiest so please bear with me as I try to respond to all inquiries as they come to me whether by phone or email.

If you have emailed me and I have not responded, most likely it is because I did not receive your email, or it is caught in my spamtrap - because my website is widely advertised on the internet, I get a ton of spam so please call if you don't get a response via email.
